The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to Paul Stocker, 2933 Rockefeller, Everett, WA 98201. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 369 was <br />returned to me on January 17, 1992. <br />5.
