The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to Barney Phillips, P.O. Box 5610, Playa Del Ray, CA 90296. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P 868 541 375 was <br />returned to me on February 5, 1992. <br />5.
