A Notice and Order was issued <br />on this buildind on Jan. 13, 1992. <br />For ready information, Chapter 12, Sec.1201. (c) Scheduling <br />and Noticing Appeal for Hearing, of the Uniform Housing Code <br />reads: As soon as practicable after receiving the written <br />appeal, the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board shall fix a <br />date, time and place for the hearing of the appeal by the <br />board. Such date shall be not less than 10 days nor more <br />than 60 days from the date the appeal was filed with the <br />building official.
