Section 1602(a) prohibits the use of <br />a Type V building in Fire Lone :1. <br />For your inflrmation the former residence building which you <br />now occupy is Type V building. Your use of this building is <br />therefore in violation of the building code which is legally <br />adopted by the City of Everett. <br />You are therefore notified that you must vacate this building <br />within ten (10) days, on the loth of March the building will <br />be posted and it will be unlawful to occupy any portion of the <br />building as of that date. <br />Yours trul- <br />Lawrence T.
