On January 15, 1992, I mailed, via certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, a copy of the City of Everett <br />Planning/Community Development Director's Notice and Order <br />to Paul Stocker concerning abatement procedures against <br />real property which Mr. Stocker owns and is situated at <br />1805 Wall Street, Everett, WA. <br />3. The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to Paul Stocker, 2933 Rockefeller, Everett, WA 98201. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 376 was <br />returned to me on January 17, 1992. <br />5.
