The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to The Bank of Northshore, 10304 Main Street, Bothell, <br />WA 98041. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 380 was <br />returned to me on January 21, 1992. <br />5.
