On January 15, 1992, I mailed, via certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, a copy of the City of Everett <br />Planning/Community Development Director's Notice and Order <br />to the Internal Revenue Service, Lien Desk, concerning <br />abatement procedures against real property which they have <br />interest in and i•e situated at 1805 Wall Street, Everett, <br />WA. <br />3. The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to the Internal Revenue Service, Attn: Lien Desk, SPS <br />Mailstop 244, P.O. Box 1729, Seattle, WA 98111. <br />4. The ret,irn receipt with Certified No. P868 541 378 was <br />returned to me on January 21, 1992. <br />5. The return receipt was signed by Wesley W.
