On January 15, 1992, I mailed, via certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, a copy of the City of Everett <br />Planning/Community Development Director's Notice and Order <br />to the Internal Revenue Service concerning abatement <br />procedures against real property which they have interest <br />in and is situated at 1805 Wall Street, Everett, WA. <br />3. The Notice and Order dated January 13, 1992, was addressed <br />to the Internal Revenue Service, P.O. Box 21707, MS 699, <br />Seattle, WA 98111. <br />4. The return receipt with Certified No. P868 541 379 was <br />returned to me on January 17, 1992. <br />5. The return receipt was signed by K. H.
