1. The facade of the Jail shall be treated in a manner consistent with other <br />structures in the County Complex. Some visual relief should be provided along <br />the Lombard Avenue frontage by indenting the building. <br />3 All lighting shall be designed in a manner that will not project light or glare onto <br />any adjacent resident;al uses. <br />i <br />4. The construction and long term operation of the Jail shall comply with all <br />requirements of City Noise Ordinance #534-78. <br />5. There shall be sidewalks provided from all parking lets to both the Jail and the <br />Work Release facility's entrances. These sidewalks shall be designed to Public <br />Works Department specifications. <br />6. The parking lot located a the intersection of Pacific and Oakes should be <br />redesigned to provide flow through circulation via a ramp located adjacent to the <br />south property line connecting the two levels of parking. <br />7. The parking lot adjacent to the main entrance shall be redesigned to provide <br />direct access to Wall Street. <br />8. The eastern most portion of the east -west alley shall be vacated and closed to <br />prevent traffic from accessing Lombard Avenue from the existing alley system. <br />9. Compliance with the City's Drainage Ordinance is required for erosion control <br />during construction and for long term storm water run-off detention and water <br />quality control. <br />I <br />�I 10. Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency requirements must be adhered to <br />during consv fiction. <br />-4- <br />
