STORM WATER DETENTION CALCULATIONS FOR SNOHOMISH COUNTY DETENTION FACILITIES, <br />BLOCK 714, EVERETT WA <br />References: <br />City of Everett, Ordinance 514-18 <br />Drawings A.2.1 and A.2.5 of design set titled, "Snohomish County Detention <br />Facilities" prepared by WMFL, January, 1983. <br />Abbreviated plan of Block 714 (enclosed). <br />Inasmuch as runoff will be collected and disposed of separately from the <br />southwest parking lot (Lots 11 through 15) and the Jail site, separate <br />drainage and detention calculations are provided for each of these areas. <br />The area of the existing north -south alley is included in area calculations <br />for the Jail site which also includes Lots 21 through 30. <br />Existing conditions include: <br />Lots 11 and 12: Paved parking lot <br />Lots 13 and 21-30: Residential at 10 du/acre <br />Lots 14 and 15: Industrial buildinq and parking <br />
