(IF EVERETT <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: <br />The existing County Jail, which has been determined to be substandard, is <br />nt <br />located in the County Courthouse Building in downtown Eve ett ion facilityThe on <br />has requested siting approval to construct a new County <br />properties located between Rockefeller Avenue and Oakes Avem�e, and to the <br />north of Wall Street, in the ity of Everett.
