It is developed with a single building containing six units. The site has no <br />improved pazking areas on-site. There is a lazge unimproved grass area approximately <br />42' by 75' at the rear of the building off of the alley. <br />The structure was originally built in 1910 according to the Snohomish County <br />Assessor's records. In addition the 1956 POLK Directory lists 6 units existing at this <br />address. This structure pre-dates the City's 1956 zoning code establishing minimum <br />pazking requirements for residential uses and is considered legal non-conforming. <br />The above structure(s) meets the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect at the time of <br />construction and I hereby find that the above structure(s) are legal non-confo[ming <br />under the City of Everett Zoning Code.
