The <br />Uniform Building Code provides that all permics expire by limitation if the work authoriud <br />by :he permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of <br />180 days. If you wish to prevent the permiu from expiring without documentation of <br />completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of che work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Ple:se respond within 10 days.
