WASHINLTON <br />Attention: Dill Dorway 9.2 <br />0 <br />' <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Reference: 1611 Walnut <br />Dear Mr. Dorway: <br />The city is asking for a disconnect of seiv.ice at 1611 <br />Walnut because of hazardous wiring conditions. <br />Personal inspection was made. Friday, April y, 1976, and <br />noticed thermostats had been taken off the baseboard <br />heaters leaving the branch circuit conductors unconnected. <br />This exposes a shock and fire hazard. There are several <br />code violations of open conductors other than these, so <br />feel it best to have the service disconnected until the <br />corrections have been made. <br />The P.U.D. will be notified when reconnection can be <br />made. <br />Respectfully <br />L.
