The property is legally described as: <br />Plat of Younts Add to Everett U P, Block 326 D-00, Lots 7-8-9 <br />An inspection of the building(s) and exterior premises was conducted on July 27, 1999 and it <br />was noted that conditions exist in the buildings)/on the premises that are in violation of the <br />Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement Code of the City of Everett. <br />During the inspection it was noted that the premises is overgrown with vegetation, construction <br />debris is scattered around the rear yard from the demolition of the garage, the house is vacant and <br />open to the public which makes the building hazardous to the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />public and is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable plan of action to accomplish this within 10 (ten) days of your receipt <br />of this letter. If you have any questions, you may call me at (425) 257-8680. <br />Work conducted to correct these conditions may require pe,mits. Information regarding <br />building permit application requirements, time frames and code information may be obtained at <br />3200 Cedar Street, second floor, or by calling (425) 257-8810 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. <br />and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The permit requirements are mandated by the <br />Washington State Legislature and enforced by the City of Everett.
