Box 358 <br />Everett, Washington 98206 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This will certify that an inspection of the dwelling located at <br />1727 Walmit was made by the Housing inspection Division and the <br />eturcture meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Bul.iding <br />Code, Volume III except as noted below. <br />Plumbing <br />1. The union should be removed from the sink waste line. <br />2. The waste line at the floor by the cmter heater should be <br />capped off. <br />3. There is no vent off the laundry tray waste. <br />4. There are no air chambers on the clothes washer valves. <br />Electrical: <br />1 Kitchen and dining area seeds two grounded utility circuits. <br />2. Additional outlets needed in the following area. <br />a. Kitchen - west counter and south wall. <br />b. Living room - east wall. <br />c. West bedroom - east wall. <br />d. East bedroom - north wall. <br />3. Bathroom grounded outlet needed. Light to be grounded also. <br />4. hashing machine to be on separate circuit. <br />5. Mot water tank to be on rl0 wire. <br />6. All wiring to comply with I.E.C. 410-95 (grounding). <br />
