A copy of <br />the last inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. The Uniform Building Code provides <br />that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned <br />at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit <br />from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for <br />microfilming without final approval.
