Permit fF1873, for <br />permission to remove sidewalk and construct two 6" P.C. con- <br />crote driveways, replace existing sidewalk with P.C. concrete, <br />constrict new curbs and auffare and pave the =yeas indicstc <br />on the sketch with Asphaltic concrete. h s bean approved by <br />the City Council. A copy of the sketch, showing the approved <br />work, is enclosed. All work must conform to this sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations govern- <br />ing work on City streets. Please notify us when you start this <br />work as we must inspect the work before concrete is poured. <br />This 'permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
