If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation <br />of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that haz occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is comple�ed, <br />or 3) $ubmit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the iile will be sent to our Reco�.ic <br />Department for micro£ilming without final approval.
