Current %oning Code standards requia a 10 foot setback. <br />A garage was conswcted on the property in 1943, prior to the effectiveness of t6e Zoning Code on <br />December i, 1456. A caTport was added to the west side of the garage at some point and it appears <br />that it was enclosed in 1959. The Zoning Code requirement for setback in I959 wu 5 fat. 'It►e <br />setback is only 4 feet, 3-1/2 inches. However, the expansion occurred on the west side of the garage <br />that was wnstructed prior to the time of Zoning Code requirements.
