That said City of Everett Building Code is a va�id existing ordinance of the City of Everett. 2. That the hereinabove described t�OTICE OF UI�SAFE IIUILDING(S) was properl}� issued.and served purscant to and in accordance with the hereinabove descriaed City of �verett Buildin3 Code. 3. That the City of Everett Building Official is acthori;_ed to request the Everett �ity Council to enter the herein- above described order a.�d that the Everett Cit-y C�uncil is authorized in the ex�:rcise of its discretion to so do under the provisions of said City of Everett 8uildinq Code. 4.
