Continental Inc <br />110 N 175th (Suite 110) <br />Seattle, NTA 96133 <br />I have been questioned as to the status of the inspection at 2606 Taalnut Avenue. <br />As per your reguest, we cronductecl a Housinq Gode Crnq�liance Inspection on April <br />24, 1976 which revealed five discrepancies. Subsequent to this inspection an electrical <br />pezmit was issued to alter the service. On April 19, 1978 an inspection was made <br />ar�d the service was approvecl for serviee. The on April 28, 1978 IIruce Buck, Electrical <br />Inspector for the City of �mtt notified you by letter that the building meets <br />the minimim requirc3*ients of the National Electrical Code. <br />Please be advised that the building can not be certified until the other four <br />items have been corrected, which would bring the dwelling up to the Unifoxm <br />housing Code. <br />Upon issu�.ice of pexmits for the canpletion and acceptance of the remaining <br />correctional work and we will certify the house as meeting the minimisn requi.re�nts <br />of the Uniform Housing Code. <br />
