ATTACHMENT N0. 2 <br />DESCRIPTION OF CONV�RSION IF VARIANCE IS ALL0�4ED <br />If the requested variance is allowed, I will convert <br />the existing home to a two-family dwelling unit with the <br />separate dwelling units consisting of a first floor as one <br />unit and the second floor as another. As shown on the scale <br />drawing of the property, I will provide off-street parking <br />for four vehicles. The backyard of the premises will be <br />fenced. Unit number one will :�ave full front and rear <br />entrances as will unit number two. There will be walking <br />paths along each side of the house providing each of the two <br />separate units individual access to the parkinq area. There <br />wi11 be a cement walkway from the rear of the dwelling to <br />the off-street parking. There will be new electric heating <br />aad new electric wiring for both units. There is a large <br />basement storage area which will be divided and each of the <br />units will be provided with a storage area.
