The City <br />intorsed me that ti,ose signs ara to be �amo<-ed fr" t.,o l.aildir.z; <br />60 days, as they arc in violation of the Mtildinq coda and as no permits <br />wars ever issumi for their installation. !fay I add on behalf of the <br />Landlord, neither war there any letter asking for the Latuilord's approval <br />of these signs per the terms of your lease. <br />We shall "pact that you will comply with all orders by the City of Everett <br />prior to the time indicated in their correspondence with you and that you <br />will warrant that any and all repairs necessitated by the rsaoval of the <br />aforesaid signs to either the roof and/or the buildinO structure will be <br />taken care of prior to that tuna.
