On
July 21 , 1983 I left a message at the residence requesting that the
bushes be removed from the alley access.
An inspection of the area on July 26, 1983 revealed that the bushes
are still hanging in alley access.
In accordance with Title 8 of the Everett Municipal Code, Sec. 8.08.020:
Each and every owner of property situated in the city shall
remove or destroy all trees, plants, shrubs, or vegetation or
parts thereof which overhang any sidewalk or street or which
are growing thereon in such a manner as to obstruct or impair
the free and full use of a sidewalk or street by the public.
Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. You
have five days from the day you receive this letter to cut the bushes back
out of the alley. Failure to do so will result in the city taking further
action.
