Please sce <br /> the enclosed inspection activity report. The International Building Code and the Intemational <br /> Residential Code state that all permits expirc if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br /> or abandoned 1'or a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Work under this pecmit <br /> will no longer be authorized unless you: <br /> I) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br /> your last inspection,or <br /> 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed,or <br /> 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension,detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval.
