The City and or its authorized agents or subconhactors will make reasonable efforts to minimiu <br /> disruptip�and inconvenience to said propecty and uses made thereof. <br /> 2. This right�ftntry/conswcdon agreement will become null and void at such time as the City has <br /> oompleted che oonstruction/installation and all work associated therewith. <br /> � 3. The City shall protect and save hazmless, the owner from and against any and all claims, damage <br /> to or losa or destruction of Rroperty whatsocver sufferod by the owner, their succesaors and <br /> assigns causod by the installabon and construction of said p%�xt, however, the City shall not be <br /> so oblieatod in the event of negligence of the owner, thev successors and ass�gns, benants, <br /> liansees and invitees causing damage, loss or deswction. <br /> 4.
