Permits C0707-025 & E0710-015 were for a 2nd-story addition/r�model at 1501 Rucker Ave. I did send you a status letter about these permits and according to my notes in the fil.e, I spoke to you on Tuesday July 30 and you said you to clo�e these permits, �ou were not going ahead with this project. I am preparing to send this file (1501 Rucker Ave) to microfilm. Permits D0805-OOB & COBOS-006 were issued in May 2008 for demolition and new construction at 1031 Colby Ave. Those permits do not e:cpire until November 15, 2008. Since your July 2e note mentions excavationc and footings, I'm assuming your note ic meant to refer to C0805-006. The footing inspection will inspection will extend your permits another 100 days, so no worries about keeping these open. Could you confirm for me that 1 should be closing the 1501 Rucker Ave permits? Thank you!
