According to Snohomish County Assessor's records the above <br /> structure was constructed prior to December 1, 1956. <br /> The residence fails to meet the required (ront setback of twenty feet (20'), from the <br /> eastern property line. The structure also does not meet the required five-foot (5') interior <br /> side setback from the southern property line. <br /> The lol also fails to meet minimum lot dimensions as established by the zonino code. <br /> Although the lot has not been fcrmally certified as legal non-conforming, the issue has <br /> been addressed in this review. <br /> Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the property owner, for information regarding <br /> specific building seibacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br /> recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everelt Zoning Code in effect <br /> at the time of construction.
