The total ' <br /> area of accessory buildings on this site would be 968 � <br /> square feet or 68 square feet over the 900 square feet <br /> the code would allow. <br /> The applicant contends there are unusual circumstances <br /> applying to the proposed use of the property since he <br /> has three vehicles and a boat, motor and trailer that <br /> he wishes to garage. In the last year, he has had four <br /> incidences of vandalism or theft to his vehicles (see <br /> Exhibit 3 , Narrative Statement) . <br /> The average size two-car garage is twenty by twenty two <br /> feet and the Applicant could construct a qaraqe of that <br /> size and still remain within the code requirement. <br />
