I also advised him that a $30 Public Works Side <br /> Sewer Alteration Permit would be required for the work. I indicated that he would be <br /> given 30 days to make corrections. <br /> Mr. Hale said that he had bcen to the property in question a couple of times and that <br /> Ms Philli�s main concem was not flooding but the spiashing of mud onto her fence. <br /> Mr. Hale said that he wanted the city to put in writing the authority which required him <br /> to take this corrective action. <br /> In talking with several staff inembers, determining the authority for this corrective <br /> action is not clear. <br /> He was very cordial during our conversation. <br /> � <br />
