An inspection was conducted today by Tim Alenez, <br /> Electrical Inapector with Marian Dent, Hous�ng Inspector in attendance. <br /> The following is a list of violations noted during the inspection: <br /> 1. Service equipment is unsafe. <br /> 2. ViolaGons of the Na6onal Electrical Code evident. <br /> 3. Tha Service and subpanels show evidence of overload. <br /> 4. Some equipment is damaged and requires removal. <br /> 5. Substandazd wiring requires repairing. <br /> A copy of the Electrical Inspectors inspection report listing the violztions noted during <br /> the inspection is enclosed. <br /> The conditions listed on the inspection report are unsafe and substandard. These <br /> conditions are sufficient to declared the building to be substandard and/or dangerous to <br /> the occupants pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> All correcGons to the elec[rical service of this building shall be performed by a State <br /> Licensed Electrical Contractor and the work performed under an electrical permit <br /> issued by the City of Everett.
