HOUSIlVG CODE INSI'ECTION REPORT FROM: MARIAN DENT, HOUSIN(i INSPECTOR DATE: FEBRUARY 14, 1994 SUBJ: 2430 RUCKER AVE The owner of the property, Tom Stiger, came to the office today in response to a letter dated January 12, 1994 requiring corrections to a potentially dangerous electrical service at this address. Mr. Stiger indicated that the work had been completed and there were only minor problems. I advised him that permits were not issued for the repair work and he had been informed by the December 1, 1993 letter and the January 12, 1994 letter that permits were required for repairs. Mr. Stiger continued to explain that the repairs were minor. I then requested Electrical Inspector, Tim Alaniz, to speak with Mr. Stiger. Tim explained that his wncem was the damaged equipment within the electrical service box which appears to have been caused by fire. Tim requested thx� they meet at the job site with the electrician, Jim Williams. He asked Mr. Stiger to ca11 him, Tim, on February 15th between 7:30 am and 8:30 am to set up a r.ime fcr the meeting.
