Glenhaven Dr.
Everett, WA 98203
RE: 2430 Rucker Ave., Everett, WA.
Dear Mr. Stiger:
On January 12, 1994 a letter was sent to you regardig the dangerous conditions
imposed by the efectrical service of the building located at 2430 Rucker. In the letter
you were required to have wrrections to the electrical sewvice of the building. These
comrec6ons are to be performed by a State Licensed Electrical Contractor and the
work performed under an electrical permit issued by the City of Everett. Further, the
letter required a load calculation to be performed by the State Licensed Electrical
Contractor.
To this date, there is no evidence of corrective action taken to the electrical system at
this address. These conditions continue to be pctentially dangerous to the health, safety
and welfare of the occupants of the building.
Please contact this office within ten (10) days of your re;eipt of this letter with your
intentions and a schedule of repairs. Failure to comply with these requirements will
result in the city taking action to have the building vacated.
Sincerely,
!
arian G.
