The "brown out " <br /> condition was corrected by the PUD when they epliced and <br /> repaired wires from the pole to the weatherhead. <br /> Jim Williams, a licenaed electrical contractor also repaired <br /> wirinq in a ceilinq junction box attd we replaced a <br /> refriaerator that had a defective motor capacitor.
