Cranney: <br /> This office received a letter from you today in regards to <br /> the structure lo�ated at 2520 Rucker , Tiverett, {4ashington. <br /> Last wcek I received a phone call from you and during the <br /> course of our conversation, I explained that bir. Rolstad had <br /> been in this office and applied for a buildin� permit for the <br /> structure. He is fully aiaare of what is happening with the <br /> structure and is quite conccrned about i.t. h1r . Rolstad has <br /> indicated that ]ie will l�ire a contractor to do the necessary <br /> ioork on the structure. <br /> During our c �nversation you mentioned that a contractor haci <br /> performed some work on the foundation of the s[ructure you <br /> own at 2518 Rucker, Everett. A searcli of the files docs <br /> not indicate inspections or permits for such work. It may <br /> be advisaUle to have an inspection as I did notice some wood <br /> rot on the southeast corner of thc structurc.
