The site is 120 feet by 125 feet and is loceted at 2520 <br /> I through 2528 Rucker Avenue,in the ciry of Everett,as shown on the Vicinity Map in Figure 1. We have <br /> been retained to investigate the subsudace conditions and provide general site development <br /> considerations. We have been provided with a set of preliminary azchitectural plans, dated March 31, <br /> I1997,and a plan titled "Lower Perking L,evel Plan" dated May 21, 1997 by Kovach Architects. We hnve <br /> al�o been provided with a drawing indicating existing topogrephy at the site titled "Site Survey Map for <br /> Ithe Gardner Group and Kovach Arohitects",dated April 18, 1997 by J.R. Andes and Associates,P.S.,for <br /> our use in preparing this report. <br /> IThe site consists of five, 25-foot-wida lots. Four of the lots are currently occupied by two-story <br /> I residential homes. The fifth lot is undeveloped. Residences are located on the adjacent properties. The <br /> parcels are divided into an upper and lower portion, by a 4- to 7-foot tell, concrete retaining wall. The <br /> upper porlion is at the same grade as Rucker Avenue, and extends west at a level grade from the <br /> I <br /> I <br />
