We Strongly recommend that multiple bids be obtained for any extermination. <br /> In this building, I would expect to find evidence oi in:sect iniestation in the concealed areas of <br /> the structure where there has been an ongoing water leak into the iirst tloor kitchen area. <br /> ROOF RUNOFF WATER: Runoft water from the root is uncontrolled. This can contribute to <br /> ponding of water near the building and to moisture or water penetration of areas ot the <br /> building whiCh are near or below outside ground Ievel. It is always safer to have a good <br /> system tor the conlrol o} this water. The best systems lead it to a saTe, legal, daylight outlall. <br /> WATER OR MOISTURE PENETRATION OF BASEMEN7: I used a moistun� meter to check the <br /> concrete floor slab tor excessive moisture content. It snowed only a normal mo�sture content. <br /> 1 also found no visual evidence of water penetration or of excessive moisture penetration. <br /> Aithough thess are the best indicators available, they are not conclusive proof that there will <br /> be no tuture water or excessive moisture penetration. <br /> SPECIAL INSPECTION LIMITATION: 7his inspection was performed in dry weather. � <br /> Obviously, thefe is a greater chance of missing a signiflcant drainage problem when an <br /> inspection is per(ormed in dry weather than there is when it is peAormed in wet weather. <br /> Occasionally, a drainage problem leaves lirile or no trace ot its existence.
