Be this as it may, we must now face the realities <br /> that our bids for plum6ing were made ❑n the basis of our previous <br /> understanding which would cost us a great deal of time and money <br /> to re6id, and that it literally would he cost prohihitive to us now <br /> to proceed on this basis from a time and mortgage loan 6asis. <br /> lUe are therefore writing this letter to offer an alternative solution <br /> to this prohlem. UJe would like to propose the use ❑f a very special <br /> foam application that would completely surround the pipes in question <br /> and in most cases fill the stud cham6er. So please find enclosed a copy <br /> of the test report for this msterial. As you will notice in reviewing <br /> it's speci fications on the back of the sheet� the material's U.L. <br /> rating is listed along with the various RSTm and HlA testing methods <br /> for ratino this material. <br /> Ule trust this information will be satisfactary in resolving this <br /> problem.
