They went ahead, <br /> installaing pole and rebar cage expecting our Operations <br /> Mana4er to call for inspection. He did not realize this <br /> date was a new holiday. The pole was in the hole, also the <br /> , rebar cage . Not wanting to chance an open hole with the <br /> heavy rains we have been having, I ask them to go ahead and <br /> = pour. <br /> � I am inclosine an invoice of the cement purchase signed by the <br /> driver, also .. copy of check issued to Associated Sand and <br /> Gravel .
