All references refer to the 2006 Intemational <br /> Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the <br /> Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the pracessing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Dlvision with two complete new sets of construction documents retlecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> Please provide a scope of work on the drawings that explains the construction proposed for this <br /> building permit. For the conversion of the second floor to office space, the following �nformation <br /> should be provided; <br /> 1. The addition of the word "office" ro the floor plan. <br /> 2. The locations of the two required ezits from the office floor. <br /> 3. The requirement for egress illumination with battery backup at each ezit. <br /> 4. The requirement for exit signs at each exit. <br /> 5. The construction intentions for the existing ramp and proposed mechanical toom. <br /> 6. Verification of available plumbing fixtures in accordance with IBC Chapter 29 (State <br /> Amendments). One toilet facility designed for use by no more than one person at a !ime <br /> for use by both sexes would comply. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at 425-257-7264. <br /> Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application wiil be given priority and plan review will <br /> recommence. <br /> All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that <br /> the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> Sincerely.
