A wall section thru a rypiwl climbing wall and typical climbin�wall connecdon d�tails <br /> have been provided on sheet A2. The app�oximate location of the climbing walh is as <br /> i Ilustrated on the floor plans. The exad location of these walls is ro be determined on site. <br /> The exit path thru the climbinq area is as illustrated by the shaded area on the floor plan. <br /> This area will be demarlced on the�ym floor by a concrete path separated from the gravel <br /> floor at the climbing���alls. <br /> 2. Engineering calculations for the climbing walls are to be provided to you by the <br /> property owner. <br /> 3. At the locker rooms additional dimensions and notes have been added to the floor plans <br /> and the interior elevaticns have been modified in order to clarify the construction of this <br /> area. <br /> 4. Engineering calculations for the revised floor and roof rnnstruction has been enclosed <br /> for your review. <br /> 5. The second floor is currently used as a storage area at the west end of the building and <br /> an o�ce area at the east end of the building. This use will not change. The baseruent is <br /> currently being used for storage. This use will also remain the same. These uses have <br /> been noted on the floor plans sheet A1 and A2 and the Upper Floor Plan has been <br /> modified to reflect adual existing conditions. <br /> 6. An electrical plan sheet Et has been included illustrating liqhtinq layout and power <br /> allowance calculations. <br /> 7. Clectric resistance heat is to be provided at the Iceker rooms, r.,Kail area and second <br /> floor offices. The walls of these rooms are to be insulated with R11 batt insulation, and <br /> the ceilings are to be �nsulated with R30 batt insulation.
