Dear Mr. Bargreen: ,(M^ r - ' -
i I r.
Last month, we met in the ficld to discuss your concerns regarding reservoir#4 leakage.
Specifically., you fcit that watcr that Icaks from reservoir#4 contributes to slope stability
problems on your property. You suggested that the City install a liner in reservoir#4 to reduce
leakage.
Since wc discussed this in the field, [have evaluatcd the role of reservoir#4 leakage in reducing
the siability of the slope on your property. My evaluation included analysis of: reservoir#4 as-
built drawings, topographic maps and reservoir leakage records.
The conclusions I have reached are:
( , t)'Che underdrain system that was installed when resenoir#4 was originally constructed
, n 1953 continues to collect reservoir Icakage and function properly.
