This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape �;�hrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br /> effective September 1, 7009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
