The question is: Has this parking
always been specified for the Marion Building (Lloyd Hardware) or
has it been jointly utilized by the Marion Building, Bargreens and
adjacent shops.
If this parkinq area is specifically designated for the Marion
Building, what will the ratio be, ie, tenant parking vs client
parkinq, and what will the disposition be of those who have been
and are now utilizing this parking space.
Also, drainage for the proposed parking area will have to be
designed to conform to the City of Everett Drainage Ordinance.
Access to parking area should be limited from the alley only.
