Access, circulation and parking plans are to be submitted for Public Works <br /> review and approval. Plans shall include all abutting public right-of- <br /> way. Access from Rucker rather than the alley requires additional <br /> support from applicant and request for approval from applicant to <br /> Public Works Department. Council approval is required. <br /> 2. Clty streeu are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the site w�ithin the City <br /> of Everett shall be on arterialstreets unless otherwise approved by the <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> • 4. Curb, gutter and south half of sidewalk are to be replaced on Hewitt. <br /> � Dangerous portion of sidewalk on Rucker is to be replaced. Driveways <br /> on Rucker are to be removed. CVheelchair ramps on Rucker are required. <br /> S.
