This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum maintenance reyuirements for structures in the CBD in <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br /> effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
