An agreement relating to the temporary occunancy of: <br /> the Sevenich Building , located at apprcximately 3014 Rucker <br /> Avenue. — <br /> The undersigned owner hereUy agrees to hol.d and save <br /> harml.ess the City of Everett from any and all claims for <br /> damages that may arise because of damage to the structur: <br /> and/or contents caused Uy lack of a fire sprinkler system and <br /> further agrees to the following stipulations: <br /> 1. No smoking will be permitted in the buildin� and <br /> adequate signing to that effect will be posted. <br /> 2. Pire extinguishers of the type and quantity as <br /> directed by the Fire I�arshal shall Ue installed. <br /> 3. No repair work which requires an open flame will <br /> be permitt�d. <br /> 9 . No incidental storage of oil, gasoline or grease <br /> will be permitted anywhere in the structure <br /> except in normal fuel tanks and reservoirs perma- <br /> nent:ly a�.tached to the stored equipmenL- . <br /> 5.
