An agreement relatinq to the temporary occupancy of <br /> the Sevenich fluilding, lo:.ated at approximately 3014 Rucker <br /> Avenue. It is the intent of the owner to permit storage of <br /> IIoats, Campers, Canopies, Trailers, and similar recreational <br /> type equipment. <br /> The undersigned owner hereby agrees to hold and save <br /> harmless the City of Eve.r.ett from any and all claims for <br /> damages that may arise because of damage to the st.rucstem and <br /> and/or contents caused by lack of a fire sprinkler sy <br /> further agrees to the following stipulations: <br /> 1. No smoking will be permitted in the building and <br /> adequate signing to that effect will be posted. <br /> 2. Fire extinguishers of the type and quantity as <br /> directed by the rire Marshal shall be installed. <br /> 3. No repair wark which requires an open flame will be <br /> permitted. <br /> 4 . No incidental storage of oil, gasoline or grease <br /> will be permitted anywhere in the structure <br /> except in normal fuel tanks and reservoirs perma- <br /> nently attached to the stored equipment. <br /> 5. No storage of any vehicle, Uoat, or power tool <br /> containing a self-contained or attached gas tank <br /> shall be permitted in the basement portion of <br /> the structure. <br /> 6. No commercial repair operation other than that <br /> individually contracted for by the stored equi.p- <br /> ment owners will be permitted on the pr=mises. <br /> 7.
