Mr. Warren stated that the engineering cost estimate for enclosing these four outfalls on a temporary basis is estimated at approximately $23#749, Councilman Rucker stated that he does not feel the City should spend $24,000 to pro•;ide a temporary solution to the Shore avenue drainage problem when this would nut be part of the permanent solution. Roll was called with Cr�acilmen Michelson, 7,ldcroft and Langus voting yes and Councilmen Gipson, Ebert and Rucker voting no. Councilman Kinch was excused. Motion failed USE Or CITY PROPERTY Moved by Councilman Michelson, secondeL by Councilman Lances, to grant the request of Mr. Heinzen of Ricardo's Mexican Dining to install a sign on City right-of-way at 3201 Rucker. Councilman Kinch came in at this time.. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilman Rucker who voted no. Motion carried Councilman Rucker left the room at this time. USE OF CITY PROPERTY Moved by Councilman Langus, seconded by Councilman Ebert, to grant the request of Jack Sturgeon to construct a porch on City right-of-way at 3101 Cedar. t M Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilman Rucker Gwho was excused.
